While there were a lot top models competing to be the first to claim the prize, it was a relatively new face that dominated. A strapping specimen of tattooed rippling muscle, Tyson Rich burst onto the gay cams scene to become the first $5,000 Mister January. We sat down with Tyson to find out what it takes to get there. What we found was a young stud dedicated to harmony of mind and body. He is a devout gym rat, committed to peak sexual performance. But he is also a student of meditation. The calm, easygoing nature he’s cultivated has drawn Flirt fans to his side in droves. And while he exudes a seriousness when it comes to gay cam sexiness, this Latino beefcake was thrilled to show off his silly side by becoming the voice of our upcoming Cinco celebration: Fiesta de Mayo. Charles Farley: What attracted you to live cam?
Tyson Rich: What most attracted me to camming was seeing how it required me to have healthy life habits and evolve as a person to have good results as a Flirt guy.
CF: How does camming feel now, compared your first day?
TR: Today I feel very different about it. I feel a lot more sure of myself and that comes across in my broadcasts. I think in my experience the level of comfort I’ve achieved is what has brought on my best results.
CF: Congratulations on winning the first Flirt of the Month award in 2021. How do you feel?
TR: Thanks! Wow, to be up there and to know that I was the best of model of that month … it’s something that fills me with pride and shows me that I am capable of achieving many more things.
CF: What are your goals for the rest of 2021?
TR: My main objective is to continue growing and evolving as a person so that Tyson Rich can continue to grow as a man and a model. I want to get back into some habits that have led to many of my best moments in camming. If I’ve learned anything so far, It has been to identify characteristics of my personality that I can develop and improve to be better in everything I do.
CF: Are there any fetishes or fantasies you especially enjoy exploring with your members?
TR: I actually enjoy every fantasy with my fans because I am always willing to explore their every wish with them, even if it might seem a bit strange at first.
CF: You talk often about maintaining a healthy mind and body. How often do you meditate?
TR: I meditate every day when I wake up. Its one of the habits that has worked the most in my personal process, since it has helped me to keep my mind in the present and allows me to focus on what really requires my attention.
CF: Do you have any special workout routines for maintaining your incredible muscles?
TR: I train 5 times a week, actually. I am very passionate about fitness and I enjoy every minute in the gym. Over time I gradually increase the intensity of my workouts, but I don’t have any special routine. I just try to accompany my training with good nutrition and good muscle recovery.
CF: What will a new fan learn about you when he takes you private?
TR: When a new fan enters private with me they will learn that we must first connect and make the energy flow so that everything else is only the result of our feelings and emotions.
CF: What has been your most inspiring gay cam experience?
TR: My most memorable moment was definitely when I finished the first private with my best customer at that time. It was 9 hours! That was the beginning of my best time in front of the camera.
CF: What about off-cam? Any passions or hobbies?
TR: Of course! I love to go out on my motorcycle for a ride through the beautiful landscapes of my city. Going out for a drink with my friends or even spending some alone time reading a good book in a quiet part of town. I love nature, so sometimes I need to go out into the country to breathe fresh air and feel that energy.
CF: Tell us something your fans might not know about you.
