It's that time of tear again when the San Diego Como Con rolls around...

1 of the movies I have put as a must see in a theatre is Godzilla - King of Monsters. It's a sequel in sorts to Kong : Skull Island as Monarch is main company involved, plus the scene at the end of Kong had cave images of Ghidorah, Rodan and Godzilla ( All of which appear in this new movis along with Mothra and a coupl of others) as well as a Prequel to Godzilla. This is the start of a whole new monster franchise as coming next is Kong v Godzilla.( Wonder if they will stop fighting when they discover they were both created by the same scientist called Martha)

I bought the live, animated movie "the Death of Superman". I thought it is as good, and more to the comic book "the Death of Superman", than the live, animated movie "Doomsday" is. I've been wanting to correct on a title of a live, animated movie, which is a "Batman" one, and would've been even better to have done it on the same one as I did the post of, or on another "Batman" one. It is "Batman: Assault On Arkham", and not "Assault On Asylum".

Today will go down in records as one of the darkest days in the annals of comic book history. It has been announced that Stan 'the man' Lee the grand father of comic books has passed away.

Along with Jack Kirby he was responsible for the creation of some of the most iconic characters including Black Panther, Fantastic 4, Ant man, Hulk, Shield, Daredevil, Hawkeye, Thor, Iron man, Captain America and Spiderman.

For decades his stories have excited, enthralled and entertained as a written form, but the last decade had seen his audience expand with the MCU and his umpteen cameos in movies, tv shows etc.

Go in peace Stan, you have passed from this plain of existence ibto a higher celestial conscious.

After seeing, and learning the passing away of "Stan Lee", I wanted to post by saying a little something about him, too. When I was younger, and was reading more comics, he was a part of me growing up, especially with them. He was an American comic-book writer, editor, and publisher. He was editor-in-chief of Marvel Comics, and later its publisher, and chairman. Following his retirement from Marvel, he remained a public figurehead for the company, and frequently made cameo appearances in Marvel Cinematic Universe films. Meanwhile, he continued independent creative ventures into his 90s. Right now, there is a gap in the world, especially, and including the comic book world. With his passing away, he is missed not just by his family, but friends, who have worked, with him, and other people of young, and old, who he made an impact in their lives. He was 95.

I bought, and watched the live, animated "Justice League Vs. the Fatal Five" like I did, with "the Death of Superman", and "Reign of the Supermen". I recommend it.

The new X-Men movie "X-Men: Dark Phoenix" has been in theatres. I went to see it in 3-D, and I think it's good, and not the types of reviews it's received, and got.

I went to see "Spider-man: Far From Home - Extended Cut". The additional, extended scenes might not be that too noticeable in the movie.
