The 2015/16 N.H.L. regular season is finished. The Stanley Cup Playoffs start tomorrow, and tomorrow night. In the Eastern Conference, the matchups in the first round are: Washington and Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and New York Rangers, Florida and New York Islanders, and Tampa Bay and Detroit. In the Western Conference, the matchups in the first round are: Dallas and Minnesota, St. Louis and Chicago, Anaheim and Nashville, and Los Angeles and San Jose.

There were three Stanley Cup Playoff series' games that started last night, with two in the Eastern Conference, and one in the Western Conference, and they are finished. In the Eastern Conference, Pittsburgh beat the New York Rangers 5-2 in Pittsburgh to lead the series 1-0, and Tampa Bay beat Detroit 3-2 in Tampa Bay to lead the series 1-0. In the Western Conference, St. Louis beat Chicago 1-0 in overtime in St. Louis to lead the series 1-0. Today, and tonight there are four series' games that start, with two in the Eastern Conference, and two in the Western Conference. In the Western Conference, Los Angeles and San Jose, and Dallas and Minnesota. In the Eastern Conference, Washington and Philadelphia, and Florida and New York Islanders.
