Just did a show with Ukrainian model and was having issue with video/audio freeze also. Probably weather/sunspot interference with servers..
I've found that generally if you refresh your browser just before you enter show, it will be less video lag or freezing for a few minutes..

I had done that - restarting and clearing the browser and still it persisted. I got thrown out of the multi-user (no, the model did not do that) and F4F kept disallowing me from re-entering the room again telling me that I was already in it too... Finally was able to re-join but the issues related to stutter and rewind/fast-forward persisted.
