Multiple users are continuing to encounter problems when trying to launch cam2cam during their private shows but you have not provided us with an update on this. I thought it was just me but many users are experiencing the same issues.
I am getting extremely frustrated with the amount of time I am having to waste during a private show trying to launch cam2cam. I always prefer to enable cam2cam in my shows because without it, I do not find my shows as enjoyable!
Since April 2023, there have been many occasions where it has taken 2, 3, 4 and even 5 minutes for me to get cam2cam to load successfully. During this time, I am either missing out on my favourite models performing or I am having to tell the model to wait for me to try and fix the cam2cam issues, which is not acceptable during a paid show. All these wasted minutes have accumulated into hours which in turn has lost me many credits unnecessarily.
It is even difficult trying to get it to work before the entering into my private shows! I continuously have to 'Test your cam' but despite this always being successful, it still fails to launch when I go to 'Start your cam'. It usually works after the 4th or 5th time of trying to 'Test your cam' then 'Start your cam'.
Why has this been an ongoing issue since April? I know there is nothing wrong with my camera and this appears to be an issue in multiple web browsers.
All I want is for cam2cam to instantly launch as soon as I want to use it. Is that unreasonable?
Please can you confirm whether you are aware of the problems and whether you are intending to improve this feature.

Yes, it would be desirable to see some effort on these problems. The usual answer you get is that either you have to try out a different browser (tried many times) or have to accept the problem. Why is there no technical development going on to solve these issues in the software or on the servers? It is clearly an issue present there.

After emailing customer services several clear examples of cam2cam not working, today I received an email saying:
I just heard back from our technical support team and they confirmed the issue is now resolved. They mentioned it normally does take 10-12 seconds for the model to receive the web cam notification but it will start.

I have yet to find out whether this is true but will be having a show later to see if the issue is actually resolved once and for all.

In my experience, c2c worked perfectly today. Why it took so long to fix, thats the mystery here.
