Over the last few weeks, occasionally I’ll be in a room and suddenly the camera feed is replaced with the profile picture. Tonight it happened after I had scrolled down to look at the pics below, but scrolling down doesn’t always cause the problem. The audio and chat continue as normal, but only the picture is visible. As a temporary quick fix, a browser refresh resolves it. This can happen whether I’m logged in, when in private, and even when browsing before logging in. It doesn’t happen a lot, maybe once or twice a day. I mainly use Safari so I tried in Chrome and it didn’t happen in Chrome, but the testing sample was just one room one time. Quote

I noticed that is a bit more frequent over the past couple weeks here too. I know if there are connection issues, video will be the first to go, then audio, then chat. When video drops out it defaults back to profile picture, so is why you see that but still hear and see chat. I figured it was just my connection, but it may be site, or performer studio issue. Hopefully Tech support will get involved and investigate to resolve. I mainly use Chrome, but was so bad last night I tried Edge, and was same on both browsers.
BTW I'm in Eastern USA , if that provides any insight...
