I’m seeing roughly 20 sec delays when in private and turn on C2c. There isn’t a delay on the models side but her seeing snd hearing me is so bad that it’s virtually unusable.

I’ve cleared caches, restart browser, etc. I also have 1Gb network so that isn’t it either.

This has been happening for weeks.

There are always heavy delays here too, between around 6 and 12 seconds usually – and it is not a problem on my connection side. I am using (and have tried) three different browsers on two operating systems. I am clueless what else to try...

Ongoing issues getting worse here... I've been on with Live Support for over an hour and I think he just gave up as he hasn't responded to my last 3 chat messages. in over 45 minutes.
