I have been experiencing issues for the last 2 weeks but customer services have been most unhelpful. They keep saying it is the new normal!
I now have to always test my camera every time I want to use cam2cam in a show then when I go to live cam2cam a long messages appears and a few seconds later the models are able to see me.
There were technical glitches on the site around 2 weeks ago and since then I have not been able to use cam2cam as smoothly as I did beforehand. I used to be able to launch my cam2cam as soon as I entered a private show connecting to the models immediately (without doing a test run first). However, now when I enter the private show, I need to test my camera first which wastes quite a bit of time.

It's not connecting for me at all tonight.. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 i sent Live Support a screenshot and they sent it up to tech team..
Maybe they'll get fixed quick, but ruined my night tonight... BTW is on pc all browsers, and iPhone also..

I have issues with two of my browsers where the model never gets notified that I turned my C2C on.

I decided to dedicate my chrome browser to this site. So, I cleared all my cache data and cookies, and removed any extensions that don't pertain.

I have not had a problem here since other than sometimes a random disconnect, which is usually model / server side, not me.

Just a thought -- Try a "cleaned" browser, or even try once in a Private / InPrivate / Incognito mode window to see if that helps with the C2C.
